Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies, part of Freudenberg Group, is seeking a Sr. Controller in Manchester, NH to serve as the senior finance leader and strategic business partner for the site, guiding financial performance and strategic decisions.

You will own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, lead manufacturing finance, develop dashboards, partner with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain, and drive automation and analytics to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5–7 years of progressive Finance/Controlling experience in manufacturing.
Strong expertise in standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and plant profitability.
Experience with SAP and Power BI for analytics.
Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior finance leader and strategic business partner for the site.
Own plant financial performance, including P&L, margins, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead manufacturing finance, standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
Develop dashboards, analytics, and KPI management to drive decisions.
Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and leadership for profitability.
Drive finance transformation via automation, Power BI, and AI-enabled reporting.
Demonstrate leadership and expand influence beyond traditional finance roles.
