Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years progressive Finance/Controlling in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP experience, SAP preferred, with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience influencing decisions through financial analysis and business partnership.
• Proven leadership potential, ability to influence stakeholders and drive changes.
• Willingness to relocate for long-term Finance & Controlling career path.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and strategic business partnership for the site.
• Own plant P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead manufacturing finance and cost controlling: standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, KPI management, cost-reduction initiatives.
• Develop and own financial and operational dashboards and analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering and leadership on pricing, profitability, capex, make-vs-buy, and growth strategies.
• Drive finance transformation via automation, Power BI, AI-enabled reporting, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement.
