Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Sr. Controller to join our finance team in Manchester, NH. This role focuses on manufacturing finance, including standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and plant profitability management, with ERP systems (SAP) and analytics tools (Power BI).

You will partner with operations and other functions to drive financial performance. The successful candidate will have 5–7 years of progressive experience, strong leadership potential, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 5-7 years progressive experience in finance/controlling in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing finance: standard costing, inventory, variance analysis, full absorption costing, financial planning.
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred; proficiency in Power BI or analytics tools.
• Experience influencing decisions through financial analysis, business partnership, operational collaboration, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through influencing stakeholders and driving strategic projects or business initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 5-7 years of progressive Finance, Accounting, or Controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing finance, including standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, full absorption costing, financial planning, forecasting, and plant profitability management. Strong ERP experience required, with SAP experience preferred, combined with proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Experience influencing business decisions through financial analysis, business partnership, operational collaboration, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated record of delivering business results, taking ownership of outcomes, and successfully managing increasing levels of responsibility throughout your career.
• Demonstrated learning agility, including examples of taking on unfamiliar challenges, expanding scope, adapting to changing business environments, and successfully translating new experiences into measurable results.
