Job summary

CFS is seeking a senior financial leader to serve as Controller for a premier luxury lodging property in San Antonio. You will spearhead all accounting, close processes, and financial reporting, partnering with ownership and executive leadership to drive profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
5+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
Minimum 3 years of hotel accounting or hotel finance leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting operations and USALI.

Responsibilities

Lead property-level accounting and finance operations (AP, AR, payroll, GL, income audit, reporting).
Oversee month-end/year-end close and GAAP reporting with USALI standards.
Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
Partner with ownership and leaders on capital projects and strategic initiatives.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
