Job summary

Ovation Healthcare seeks a Senior Director, Finance to deliver CFO-level financial leadership for a growing healthcare organization. You will partner with executives to strengthen cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial initiatives.

You will lead GAAP reporting, annual budgets, long-range plans, and capital planning while driving strong controls, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
• CPA, CMA or other advanced financial credential preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, healthcare finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CFO-level guidance on financial performance, organizational priorities, growth opportunities, risk, and long-term sustainability.
• Lead GAAP reporting and analysis of internal and external financial statements.
• Develop budgets, long-range plans, rolling forecasts, and financial models with variance analysis.
• Evaluate revenue, expenses, margins, productivity, and service-line performance to identify opportunities.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, debt management, and working capital optimization.
• Advise on capital allocation, ROIs, and financial projections for strategic initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, actuaries, and tax advisors.
• Improve internal controls and financial systems for accuracy and scalability.
