Job summary

Stago Group, Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a seasoned finance leader to own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements, and oversee consolidation reporting with the global team. The role requires regulatory accounting expertise and data analytics excellence.

Requires 7–10 years in accounting with 5+ years in leadership; strong ERP, Excel, and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
7-10 years progressive accounting experience with 5+ years finance leadership experience.
Strong understanding of US GAAP; IFRS; Tax compliance; Revenue recognition.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, financial modeling, and Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
Ensure timely, accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements.
Maintain integrity of general ledger, revenue recognition, lease, inventory, and fixed asset accounting.
Oversee consolidation reporting to global headquarters.
Lead tax compliance activities and audits.
Drive ERP optimization, automation, and process transformation.
