Qualifications

• Extensive PeopleSoft financial skills required.
• Knowledge of State of Indiana Budget procedures and policies.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP, GASB, GAGAS and other accounting guidelines.
• Ability to analyze financial data and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting management of federal and state accounts.
• Supervise and coach staff, lead hiring, training and evaluations.
• Prepare biennial budget submissions and annual spending plans with data input.
