Audaxgroup is seeking a Senior Finance Associate in Boston responsible for financial reporting and accounting for Private Debt. The role includes compliance, financial statement preparation, and collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance with a CPA and 3–5 years of experience. The competitive salary range is $99,000–$150,000 with various benefits available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in alternative asset management.
• Experience in SEC/BDC reporting and CLO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flows and prepare for annual audits.
• Work closely with Investor Relations and Tax teams.

Advanced GAAP financial reporting experience
