Job summary

Audax Group is seeking a Finance Associate in Boston to handle financial reporting and accounting for Audax Private Debt funds. You will prepare statements and MD&A, and work with Investor Relations, Tax, and FP&A teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 2–3+ years of experience, with CPA candidacy a plus. 3 days/week in office in Boston, with opportunities to grow as the private debt business expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• 2–3+ years of experience, including public accounting, preferably in alt investment asset managers.
• Working towards CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Private Debt funds.
• Prepare MD&A on fund performance for senior management.
• Track and reconcile capital calls and distributions for funds.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Tax, and FP&A teams.
