Audax Private Debt in Boston, MA, is seeking a Senior Associate, Finance Private Debt, to manage accounting and reporting for Private Debt funds. The role supports FP&A, Tax, and Investor Relations, ensuring timely financial statements, compliance, and robust controls.

The candidate will prepare fund financials, coordinate capital calls, and collaborate with auditors and outside firms. A CPA or advanced certification is a plus; 3 days/week in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting is required.
• Strong GAAP financial reporting experience.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for Private Debt funds.
• Review fund administrator work on various funds.
• Handle accounting, reporting, and compliance for Private Debt funds.
• Coordinate capital calls and distributions.
• Assist in fundraising materials and due diligence data.
