Bain Capital seeks a finance professional in Boston to support capital reporting and financial oversight. You will handle SEC filings, weekly performance reports, and board materials, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across funds.

Responsibilities include NAV reconciliation, earnings decks, and cross‑functional collaboration with Investor Relations, Portfolio Management, and Accounting to deliver timely, reliable information.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings.
• Produce weekly performance reporting, returns, positioning, and attribution.
• Prepare weekly dividend estimates.
• Review and reconcile NAV package from external Administrator.
• Create materials for BDC Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations for decks and earnings releases.
• Analyze quarterly balance sheets and income statements.
• Coordinate with outside accountants and internal controls teams.
• Address ad hoc requests and interact with deal staff and portfolio teams.
