Job summary

Bain Capital is seeking a Finance Manager to lead funds accounting oversight, investor reporting, and operational finance for Bain Capital Tech Opportunities. You will review financial statements, manage audits, and partner with Investor Relations to deliver timely reporting with strong controls.

The role requires 6+ years in investment advisory or public accounting, with CPA/CFA preferred. A discretionary annual bonus may be offered based on performance and role impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in Investment Advisory or public accounting preferred.
• CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly NAVs and capital reporting to investors.
• Review quarterly financial statements, management fee and carry calculations.
• Manage year-end audit process with outside accountants.
• Coordinate with third-party fund administrator on reporting/operations.
• Oversee cash availability and fund flows.
• Assist CFO and deal staff with quarterly portfolio valuations.
