Grid United LLC. is seeking a Finance Senior Associate to analyze and finance multi‑state transmission projects. You will develop project financial models, evaluate valuations, and shape capital strategy under VP of Finance.

The role is based in Houston, TX, and involves collaboration with developers, analytics, land, engineering, accounting, and legal teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project finance, corporate budgeting, and transaction structuring, with excellent

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in related financial roles with project finance modeling.

Responsabilidades

Create and maintain project financial models, including valuations and returns.
Model various financing and revenue structures and perform sensitivity analyses.
Contribute to corporate budgeting and cross‑functional planning.
Support due diligence for acquisitions and transaction structuring.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for potential investments.
Monitor market trends and regulatory developments impacting transmission projects.
