Grid United LLC is building the next generation of energy infrastructure and is seeking an Associate for the Commercial team to support projects through their lifecycle from Houston. The role focuses on data room management, power market analytics, and strengthening customer relationships with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience with a strong track record of success.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to explain complex data clearly.
• Able to work collaboratively in a small, nonhierarchical organization.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of time.

Responsabilités

• Data Room Management: coordinate with SMEs, update data room quarterly, ensure auditable processes.
• Power Market Analytics: research regulated/deregulated electricity markets and ISOs/RTOs, identify value drivers.
• Customer Relationships: plan and coordinate meetings, track action items, support modeling and slides.
• Contract Development: coordinate with legal team to draft MOUs and NDAs.
