BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate for its Project Development & Finance Practice in Houston, TX. The candidate should have a JD and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, with exposure to project development or project finance at a large national or international firm.

You will contribute to structuring transactions, coordinating with clients and lenders, and supporting successful syndications.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project development and/or finance, preferably at a large national or international firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and executing complex project finance transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and address potential transaction pitfalls.
• Work with lenders and sponsors to maximize transaction value and security.
• Contribute to the successful syndication of transactions.
