Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance Analytics to own datasets and analytical workflows underpinning revenue and attrition forecasting, partnering across Corporate Finance, Product, and GTM to ensure a trusted topline view.

You will build Tableau dashboards, automate reporting with SQL and Python, and translate data signals into forecast insights for senior stakeholders. This role requires 3+ years in FP&A or strategic analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic analytics.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python; experience with Snowflake, Tableau, or equivalent modern data stack tools.
• Strong data intuition with the ability to translate questions into structured analytical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain authoritative datasets supporting CRPO and Attrition reporting and forecasting.
• Validate outputs against source systems to ensure data integrity.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses on historical trends and forecast drivers.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards enabling self-service visibility into topline metrics for cross-functional partners.
• Identify and drive automation of manual reporting workflows using SQL, Python, and AI-enabled tooling.
• Build bespoke datasets and analytical frameworks to support revenue and attrition questions.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, Product Finance, and GTM teams to align metric definitions and data sources.
• Synthesize findings and communicate analytical conclusions to stakeholders.
