Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Finance & Strategy to support the monthly close, forecast consolidations, and senior leadership reporting.

You will partner with cross-functional finance teams to track risks and opportunities, build dashboards, and deliver actionable financial narratives that drive strategic decisions. The role demands 2–4+ years in FP&A with strong modeling, communication, and collaboration skills in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-4+ years FP&A, accounting, analytics, or management consulting.
• Foundational FP&A with a deep knowledge of financial statements.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Collaborative, capable of handling competing priorities.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience creating PowerPoint/Google Slides for management.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end consolidated forecast/close process and quarterly earnings.
• Track total company P&L risks and opportunities with Finance leadership.
• Deliver updates to ELT and executive training programs.
• Provide insights on guided metrics and trends for external guidance.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs; translate inputs into financial narratives.
• Lead ad hoc analyses of strategic spend, headcount, and trends.
