Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Finance & Strategy Analyst/Manager to own datasets for topline forecasting and attrition analytics in Indianapolis. You will partner with Corporate Finance, Product, and GTM to ensure trusted, consistent numbers and insights.

You will build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, automate reporting with SQL and Python, and synthesize findings for senior stakeholders in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python; experience with Snowflake/Tableau or equivalent data stack tools.
• Strong data intuition and ability to translate business questions into structured analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain datasets supporting CRPO and Attrition reporting, including Total Bookings and ATR data.
• Validate outputs against source systems to ensure data integrity and act as the first line of defense for anomalies.
• Contribute an F&S perspective to revenue and attrition forecast cycles, linking data signals to drivers, risks, and variances.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses on historical trends and forecast drivers to inform planning and decisions across F&S partners.
