Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant STEM field.
• 6+ years in data science, data engineering, software engineering, or MLOps.
• 6+ years in AI/ML algorithm development and data analysis across NLP, time-series, CV, graph models.
• 6+ years with Python, Keras, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Docker, Kubernetes.
• 6+ years with traditional ML and deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GANs).
• 4+ years managing teams and delivering complex projects.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and reside within commuting distance of Deloitte offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of developers to deliver AI/GenAI solutions.
• Provide technical direction for client engagements and project strategy.
• Lead solution development to solve client use cases.
• Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in deployment and validation.
• Engage clients in AI strategy, perform EDA, build and validate models, and deploy to production.
• Lead AI initiatives across predictive and generative AI, ensuring scalable and compliant systems.
• Present findings and options for deployment infrastructure (cloud, hardware, software).
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to meet delivery objectives.
