Job summary

Daimler Truck North America LLC in Portland, OR is seeking a Finance Analytics professional at the intersection of finance, data, technology and AI to improve decision‑making and transform finance processes. You will balance execution and enablement, leading analytics, automation and AI‑enabled workflows while coaching finance teams and maintaining clear ownership of business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Finance analytics or related field.
Strong understanding of Finance processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with data warehousing, data quality, reporting and analytical solutions.
Digital and AI fluency with ability to prototype and apply analytics/AI tools.
Ability to learn quickly and enable Finance teams to adopt new capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead or deliver finance analytics, automation, AI-enabled workflows and data solutions.
Redesign processes and drive strategic transformation initiatives with hands-on ownership.
Coach and enable Finance employees, developing reusable methods and assets.
Translate finance requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT and data partners to ensure clear business ownership.
