Daimler Truck North America is seeking a data-focused analyst to develop, analyze, and model operational data, delivering insights for performance and strategy. You will work with SQL, Excel, Python, and Power BI to create dashboards and reports for diverse stakeholders.

The role supports hybrid work with a strong emphasis on data governance, enterprise data standards, and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements in efficiency and decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or 4 years in lieu of degree.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Oracle).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Ability to test solutions and communicate issues clearly.

Aufgaben

• Data mining, extraction and analysis to identify insights using SQL, Excel, Python or analytics software.
• Develop and model operational and enterprise data for governance and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in designing and maintaining Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Support AI evaluations and practical automation initiatives.
• Provide technical support during implementation and maintenance of data analytics platforms.
