Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (CS/DS/Statistics/Math/Engineering).
• 10+ years in analytics, data science or AI roles.
• 6+ years in a leadership role building data/AI teams.
• Experience supporting corporate finance functions (FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Audit, Treasury).
• Expertise in statistical modeling and ML algorithms with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify Finance workflows to enhance with data, analytics and AI.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML solutions from ideation to deployment.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency and privacy.
