Valmont seeks a Senior Finance Reporting and Analytics professional to join our Utility Finance Business Partnership. You will deliver hands-on reporting, build dashboards, and guide AI-led enhancements in reporting processes.

Lead and coach reporting resources in a matrixed environment, collaborating with FP&A, IT Data, and business teams to translate data into decision-ready insights that improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading or supporting recurring financial reporting, dashboards, KPI reporting, forecasting support, and management reporting.
• Experience leveraging BI, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled technologies to improve reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and operational performance data.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP, planning, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a matrixed finance reporting model with cross-functional partners to support accurate reporting.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, BI platforms, and automation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Lead and support recurring financial and operational reporting, dashboards, models, and leadership packages.
• Translate business needs into reporting requirements, KPI views, and analytics outputs.
• Perform hands-on analysis of revenue, margin, backlog, invoicing, working capital, and costs.
