Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead advanced reporting, analyze data, and present insights to internal teams and external clients. You will work with SQL, Excel, MicroStrategy, and CRM platforms to deliver reliable, actionable reports and support data-driven decision making.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help improve data processes while ensuring compliance with data privacy rules. A strong communication skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of client-facing analytics experience.
• Experience interpreting data into insights for clients.
• Proficient in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Advanced custom reporting for programs, ops, and clients.
• Maintain data sources and serve as SME for data/ reporting.
• Use SQL, MS Excel, MicroStrategy and CRM tools.
• Identify process improvements and drive data-driven solutions.
• Provide leadership and training on data mining techniques.
