Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking a skilled Treasury professional to lead daily cash management across North America and Europe, ensuring accurate opening balances and flow tracking. This role also coordinates with controllers on funding needs and forecasts, while managing bank accounts and signatory rights across NA and EU.

You will monitor debt positions, maintain treasury systems data, and benchmark bank fees. Travel to customer sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected to ensure

  • 5-7 years of experience in finance, preferably multinational.
  • 3-5 years in the industrial/ automotive sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Daily cash management of NA and EU; determine opening bank balances and track flows.
  • Communicate with controllers on borrowing/investing needs and forecasts.
  • Open/close bank accounts and manage signatory rights and legal docs.
  • Monitor debt positions across NA and EU.
  • Maintain treasury data in systems and lists of bank accounts.
  • Benchmark and analyze bank service fees.
  • Support local finance on cash pool structure and management.
  • Lead treasury support for administrative procedures and timely responses.
  • Support Shared Service Center on cash management issues.
  • Liaise between local Finance Clerks and banks' treasury services.
  • Participate in Global cash management initiatives.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily cash management of the business in North America and EU, including: the determination of the opening bank balance in various currencies, the identification of the daily in and out flows, adjustments associated to seasonality and external factors, cross country funding
  • Communicate with controllers on borrowing/investing requirements and cash flow forecasts
  • Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts
  • Manage signatory rights and authorities and related legal documentation
  • Monitor the borrowing (debt) position of legal entities across NA and EU
  • Maintain static data accuracy in treasury systems
  • Maintain/report listing of current bank accounts in NA and EU
  • Benchmark, track, and analyze bank service fees
  • Provide support and training to local finance team on cash pool structure and management
  • Lead treasury support service for administrative procedure while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of response to requests
  • Support Shared Service Center on cash management issues
  • Act as a liaison between local Finance Clerks and Banks' Treasury Services
  • Participate in Global cash management initiatives

Supervisory Capacity: No Supervisory Responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support compliance with internal control policy
  • Partner with Accounting, Tax, Legal and FP&A regarding activities as they relate to Treasury Text
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested
Education:

Bachelor's Level Degree; Area of Study: Accounting, Financeor similar.

*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 Minimum Years of Experience in Finance, preferably with a multi-national company
  • 3-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the industrial / automotive sector
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate overall business acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographic teams
  • Proficient Excel, Word, Power Point skills
  • Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants.

Experience with cash flow management and foreign exchange
