Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Osprey Operations, to own day-to-day Osprey trade-promotion data maintenance, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controls. This role leads off-invoice maintenance, Trade Target updates, mass event closures, and event quality reviews.

The position can be remote or hybrid, with a strong preference for candidates near Arlington, VA; Solon, OH; or Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, or FP&A.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is required.

Responsibilities

• Own Osprey trade promotion data maintenance and financial controls.
• Lead off-invoice maintenance, event setup, and pricing postings.
• Maintain Trade Targets and reconcile with financial plans.
• Execute mass event closures and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales Finance and Account Management on changes.
• Support period-end activities and maintain SOPs.
