Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Osprey Operations, to own day-to-day Osprey system maintenance and ensure accurate trade promotion data. You will drive off-invoice maintenance, Trade Target updates, and event closures to strengthen financial controls and reporting.

The position supports period-end activities and collaborates with Sales Finance to implement approved changes, with remote or hybrid work options near Arlington, VA, Solon, OH, or Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, Trade Spend/Gross-to-Net, FP&A, or related function.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles and month-end close processes.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Responsabilidades

• Finance process owner for Osprey trade promotion maintenance and data integrity.
• Manage off-invoice events, including setup, rates, products, planning levels, and workflow status.
• Validate Trade Targets and reconcile against approved financial plans.
• Execute mass event-closing activities and ensure documentation compliance.
• Conduct recurring event quality reviews to resolve data and financial exceptions.
• Collaborate with Sales Finance and Account Management to implement approved changes.
• Monitor maintenance activities and escalate high-impact risks.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, controls, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Support period-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities.
• Provide training and escalation support for trade promotion maintenance.
