Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Osprey Operations. The role owns day-to-day trade promotion data maintenance, ensuring accurate, timely information and strong financial controls. You will lead off-invoice maintenance, Trade Target updates, and event reviews to drive efficiency.

The position may be remote or hybrid, with preference for candidates near Arlington, VA; Solon, OH; or Bridgewater, NJ. Strong SAP and Excel skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• 3+ years in Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, Trade Spend/Gross-to-Net, FP&A, or related finance function; CP G or consumer health experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles and month-end close processes.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and VLOOKUP); working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Finance process owner for Osprey trade promotion maintenance, ensuring data integrity and financial controls.
• Manage off-invoice event maintenance, including event setup, rates, products, planning levels, and workflow status.
• Maintain and validate Trade Targets, reconciling updates against approved financial plans and resolving discrepancies.
• Execute mass event-closing activities with proper documentation and criteria.
• Conduct recurring event quality reviews to identify data, workflow, and financial issues.
• Partner with Sales Finance and Account Management to implement approved changes and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor maintenance activities, prioritize high-impact items, and raise risks as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, controls, trackers, and reporting tools for efficiency and compliance.
• Support period-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities within timelines.
• Provide training and escalation support for trade promotion maintenance processes.
