Nestlé Health Science in the United States is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Osprey Operations. You will own day-to-day trade data maintenance, drive financial controls, and support accruals and reporting.

The role combines process ownership with cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency. The position allows remote or hybrid work with preference for candidates near Arlington, VA; Solon, OH; or Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field strongly preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• 3+ years in Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, Trade Spend/Gross-to-Net, FP&A, or related finance function.

Responsabilités

• Serve as finance process owner for Osprey trade promotion maintenance and data integrity.
• Manage off-invoice event maintenance including setup, rates, products, planning levels, and workflow status.
• Maintain and validate Trade Targets and reconcile updates against financial plans.
• Execute mass event-closing activities and ensure documentation meets criteria.
• Conduct recurring event quality reviews to identify and resolve data and financial issues.
• Partner with Sales Finance and Account Management to implement approved changes.
• Monitor maintenance activities, prioritise high-impact items, escalate risks as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, controls, trackers, and reporting tools for efficiency and compliance.
• Support period-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities.
• Provide training and escalation support for trade promotion maintenance processes.
