Qualifications

• Minimum 6–9 years of experience and a 3-year college diploma or university degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• French and English bilingual proficiency is required.
• Graduate diploma/degree or professional certification may be preferred; broad cross‑functional understanding is beneficial.
• Experience in evaluating and optimizing business processes and in financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and customized financial reports, including reconciliations, inventory tracking, and KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and prepare correcting journal entries as needed.
• Conduct complex financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support decisions.
• Develop dashboards and scenario analyses to aid strategic planning.
• Support audits and ensure integrity of financial data; implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
