Highmark Health is seeking a seasoned financial analyst to perform comprehensive financial and business analyses, forecast results, and develop data-driven insights. You will build and maintain spreadsheets and databases, present findings to management, and support strategic decision making.

The role requires 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, proficiency with MS Excel and Power BI, and strong relationship-building skills. Travel is office-based as needed. HIPAA compliance familiarity is expected.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of relevant progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and proactively build trust with business units.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial and business analyses and prepare forecasts.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for analysis and reporting.
• Present analysis and financial results to management at all levels.
• Analyze financial reports and records and explain variances.
• Lead special financial projects and coordinate deadlines.
