Job summary

The role requires 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, expertise with Excel/Access and Power BI, and strong relationship-building with business units. Office-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company
• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts and analyses of financial results, records and trends.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for analysis and reporting.
• Conduct financial analyses and present to management at all levels.
• Document and communicate project status and deadlines.
• Analyze financial reports and records; explain variances and recommendations.
• Lead special financial analyses and ad hoc reporting projects.
