Job summary

The role requires 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, proficiency with Excel/Access and Power BI, and strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills. Office-based position with HIPAA/data privacy compliance obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of a degree.
• 5–10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in financial reports and records.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for analysis and reporting.
• Lead and document financial analysis projects with data gathering and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to management across levels.
• Coordinate activities to ensure project progress and deadlines.
