Job summary

CBRE Finance Sr Analyst role focuses on cash and accrual accounting to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties. This role supports the Financial Strategy and Operations function, ensuring policies and controls are maintained and reporting is timely.

The position requires analytical thinking, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with management to resolve issues and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Complete intermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions for client financial packages.
• Create and post journal entries and ensure all expenses and other transactions are posted.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and timely client delivery.
• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy and authorization.
• Respond to and resolve complex accounting issues for management and clients.
• Maintain benchmarks and performance metrics reporting.
