Corning Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Finance) to serve as a finance business partner for Corning's Solar manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and site leadership to understand plant performance, manage costs, analyze financial results, and support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and month-end close expertise, and will operate independently to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of finance, accounting, FP&A, cost accounting, operations finance, or plant finance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and business performance management.
• Experience supporting month-end close processes and financial statement analysis.

Responsabilités

• Partner with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to monitor business performance and drive financial results.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, analysis, and close activities for the division.
• Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying drivers of variances.
• Support plant and division leadership through cost analysis, performance reporting, and financial recommendations.
• Monitor spending, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and support operational decision-making.
• Perform analysis related to manufacturing costs, standard costing, labor, overhead, inventory, and capital projects.
