Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst for the Middle Market to drive financial performance and strategic market expansion within the Commercial Bank. The role partners with Regional Sales Executives and senior leadership, delivering monthly/quarterly analyses, forecasting, and driver-based models.

Responsibilities include reporting on performance to targets, developing forecasts, and presenting trends to leadership. Strong communication and enterprise mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of diverse analytical experience in Finance, preferably with exposure to banking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) preferred.
• Experience with financial management software (Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides monthly/quarterly reporting analyzing financial results and performance to targets and progress to initiatives.
• Owns the short and long term forecasting process.
• Develops or enhances driver-based forecast models for loan portfolio and fees.
• Develops full funnel reporting for new markets performance and profitability.
• Performs ad hoc analyses on market performance and presents findings to senior leadership.
