Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of analytical experience in Finance (required).
• Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or financial reporting processes (required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance driver-based forecast models for financial planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analyses, highlighting trends and risks or opportunities.
• Analyze macroeconomic and business trends and translate them into financial impacts.
• Support profitability analysis across client segments and product lines with advanced analytics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track strategic and financial goals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and LOB teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Assist in monthly business reviews and month-end close activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate manual tasks.
