Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of analytical experience in Finance (required).
• Experience with financial systems and analytics tools to manage data and deliver insights preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop or enhance driver-based forecast models to predict financial performance.
• Owns the monthly forecast process and Analyze performance vs plan and actuals.
• Lead and develop a high performing team of analysts.
