Job summary

TD Securities USA (New York) is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support regulatory reporting for U.S. broker-dealer entities.

You will prepare and review FOCUS and Net Capital calculations, collaborate with internal teams, and help drive automation and process improvements to ensure timely, accurate reporting. The role requires strong Excel/Access skills, data governance understanding, and the ability to communicate with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field; accounting proficiency preferred.
• 3+ years of financial services experience, preferably in capital markets.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to translate high-volume reporting requirements into simple, sustainable processes.
• Demonstrated data aggregation and reconciliation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong governance awareness.
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory reporting calculations and filings for U.S. broker-dealer entities.
• Assist in monthly FOCUS filings and supplements (SSOI, SLS, OBS, Custody).
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities across Finance.
• Turn regulatory results into analytics for capital usage and customer protection metrics.
• Support regulatory exams and audits involving regulated entities.
• Participate in projects translating tactical processes into automated solutions.
