Direct ChassisLink, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst in Performance Finance to join a hybrid, full-time team.

You will own and deliver monthly and ad-hoc reporting, analyze drivers of results, and partner with operations and commercial leads to inform decision-making. The role requires 3-5 years of FP&A or accounting experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with SQL, Cognos, Tableau, and Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or General Business
• 3-5 years of finance experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A/Accounting
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Cognos and Hyperion is a plus
• Detailed knowledge of financial statements and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfort working with executives
• Self-driven, motivated and mature
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports emphasizing up-to-date results daily, weekly and monthly.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reports with variance explanations supported by results and business leads.
• Identify and report on key drivers, trends, opportunities from business operations analysis
• Perform analysis and reports in support of finance, sales and operations
• Utilize SQL and Cognos for ongoing and ad-hoc reporting
• Perform business plan case reviews for financial viability as needed
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
