Job summary

Hims & Hers is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Ops leadership across large-scale manufacturing and fulfillment sites. You will drive end-to-end ROI models, analyze labor and automation investments, and influence decisions to optimize the cost structure and unit economics.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, working with operators in a fast-moving environment, and shaping financial planning and reporting beyond traditional FP&A routines.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field.
• 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior SQL, Python, or Looker experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments with incomplete data.
• Strong ownership, bias for action, grit, and desire to win.

Responsibilities

• Mine data to identify opportunities and influence stakeholders to improve unit economics and fixed costs.
• OwnPOs and headcount approvals and strengthen financial controls at scale.
• Build financial plans with site leadership and develop operational metrics.
• Create end-to-end ROI models for CapEx investments and process changes.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements as operations scale.
