Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Cell Culture Media Product team in planning, reporting and analyzing sales, orders and standard margin.

The role is on-site in Logan, UT or Marlborough, MA with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights. Requires 5+ years in finance and a Bachelor’s degree; CPA/MBA/MS qualifications are a plus. Salary range $100,000–$115,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum five years of financial work experience including forecasting, operating plans and reviews.
• Experience driving cross-functional project improvements.
• Ability to analyze big data and extract key insights.
• Experience working across multiple functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, leaders and commercial teams, providing top line analytics and projections.
• Collaborate with pricing and costing teams to drive margin expansion and profitability.
• Assist in assembling weekly and monthly forecasts, reports and budgets.
• Drive data analysis, ad hoc solutions and business cases affecting performance.
