Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director of Cell Culture Strategy to shape strategic direction and translate market insights into growth. This on-site role will collaborate with VP/GM and product leaders to prioritize investments and align across functions, driving profitability and shareholder value.

The role reports to the VP & General Manager, Cell Culture BU, and is based in Marlborough, MA or Logan, UT. Strong DBS toolkit and experience in life sciences are highly valued.

Qualifications

Experience in strategic planning within life sciences or bioprocessing.
Strong ability to translate insight into action and to interact with executives.
Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic planning for the Cell Culture business.
Partner with General Manager and Product Leaders on major strategic decisions.
Drive market intelligence and growth strategy including opportunities and due diligence.
Establish operating cadence, metrics, and cross-functional review mechanisms.
Facilitate strategic workshops and drive collaboration across functions.
