Job summary

Cytiva in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Finance Analyst – Upstream & Fluid Management to provide FP&A support across Product Management, CUSP and Commercial Technology. You’ll help forecast, analyze margins, and drive close activities with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business and 1–2 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel, and experience partnering with Product Management and Controllership to translate data into insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of FP&A, month-end close or commercial finance experience in manufacturing/life sciences.
• Advanced Excel and ability to analyze financial data across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting support for Product Management, CUSP and Commercial Technology budgets.
• Support month-end close, variance commentary and postings.
• Provide financial analysis for reviews, including backlog and net volume forecasts.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Controllership and Supply Planning on inventories and reserves.
