Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a dynamic on-site Finance Manager role in Marlborough, MA. You will partner with USCAN & EMEA commercial filtration teams to drive forecast accuracy and financial execution for the consumables business unit.

The role requires 5+ years in financial analysis, advanced Excel, Qlik Sense and Salesforce, with strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights. Eligible for bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
5+ years in financial analysis or commercial forecasting.
Strong Excel, data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop monthly forecast and annual budget for orders, sales and sales margin, with clearly articulated assumptions and identify variances, risks and opportunities.
Prepare and lead regular commercial reviews with the USCAN & EMEA filtration teams to support delivery of financial outcomes and cross-functional alignment.
Provide insights to commercial team through analyses including forecast accuracy, pricing, funnel management and key accounts trends.
Support regional reporting requirements via post close financial reporting and commercial metrics analysis.
Work on ad-hoc projects supporting global commercial finance initiatives.
