GovCIO is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst/Manager to join our team supporting the USCG effort. The role requires excellent finance acumen and leadership to collaborate with customer stakeholders, program managers, and corporate leadership.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, forecasting, and pricing support. The position offers remote work in the United States, with a focus on government contracting under CAS, FAR and GAAP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Government contracting experience; knowledge of CAS, FAR and GAAP.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, complex formulas and modeling.
• Strong communication and ability to distill complex financial data for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Division VP and program team to provide analysis that supports informed decision-making and financial performance.
• Produce timely and accurate financial reporting for program P&L, trends, variances, and monthly reviews.
• Manage the program's monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting activities.
• Support Contract Vehicle PMO with advanced financial planning, reporting, and contract deliverables.
