Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst for a fully remote, United States-based position. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, revenue/backlog analysis, and pricing for federal government contracts.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Contracts, Business Development, and Program Management to improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility. A 7+ year background in FP&A with government contracting and Unanet/Deltek proficiency is required,

Qualifications

• 7+ years FP&A, financial analysis, pricing, or related finance experience
• Federal government contracting budgeting and forecasting experience required
• Hands-on Unanet ERP and/or Deltek experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual operating budget process including revenue, direct labor, subcontractor costs, indirect expenses, headcount, and profitability
• Partner with department leaders and program managers to consolidate project-level budgets into the corporate financial plan
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts based on actual results, contract performance, staffing changes, new awards, contract modifications, and business development activity
• Prepare revenue and backlog forecasts including funded/nonfunded backlog, new awards, recompetes, options, extensions, and pipelines
• Perform Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual analyses to identify drivers, variances, risks, and opportunities
• Analyze contract financial performance including revenue, gross margin, labor, subcontractor costs, utilization, burn rates, funding levels, indirect costs, and profitability
• Support federal government contract pricing for new business, recompetes, task orders, modifications
• Develop and review pricing models with labor categories, escalation, fringe, overhead, G&A, subcontractor costs, ODCs, and fee/profit assumptions
• Perform scenario analyses to evaluate pricing, staffing, labor mix, indirect-rate, and profitability assumptions
• Monitor contract funding and financial trends and identify potential revenue, margin, funding, or forecast issues
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
• Improve and automate recurring financial reports, dashboards, and models with Unanet focus
