Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, Business Development Finance, to partner with the Business Development team and own the P&L for licensing and sub-licensing across eCommerce, Wholesale, and Venue. The role reports to senior leadership and drives analytical rigor, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

You will build sophisticated financial models, forecast partner sales, and deliver executive-ready analyses, while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize deal

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including royalty structures and minimum guarantees.
• Hands-on experience with AI models/tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting.
• Excellent communication and business partnering with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the licensing and sub-licensing P&L end-to-end, including monthly results, variance analysis, forecast, and commentary.
• Develop financial models for new deals and renewals, including sensitivities and ROI analyses.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for real-time visibility into partner performance and deal economics.
• Prepare executive-ready deal summaries and analytical reviews for senior stakeholders.
