Precision Medicine Group in the Americas is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Clinical Solutions Finance team on a hybrid basis. You’ll bridge project budgeting with general ledger activities and support month-end close and revenue recognition for clinical trials.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in GL and financial reporting, familiarity with EVA, and experience with contract reviews and QuickBooks. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience.
• Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support project teams in financial areas of running a clinical trial.
• Prepare monthly invoicing worksheet for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Perform variance analysis comparing forecasted revenue to actual revenue.
• Review work orders and budgets to identify out-of-scope activities.
• Perform monthly Earned Value Analyses with Project Directors/Managers.
• Assist in contracting documents (SOWs and change orders).
• Support financial reporting and general ledger functions; assist month-end close.
• Collaborate with Finance to meet department goals and objectives.
• Respond to CFO and Exec Director inquiries with ad hoc analyses.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and internal controls.
