Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support clinical project budgets and general ledger activities. The role blends project budgeting with month-end close responsibilities, requiring collaboration with the CFO and Executive Director of Operational Finance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in GL and financial reporting, strong Excel skills, and experience with EVA analysis. Occasional travel is expected, and CPA or MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with EVA analysis and project budgets is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Support project teams in financial areas for clinical trials.
• Prepare monthly invoicing worksheets for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Perform variance analyses comparing forecasted vs actual revenue.
• Review budgets and change orders to identify out-of-scope work.
• Assist in EVA analyses and monthly project reviews with Directors/Managers.
• Support financial reporting and month-end close with the Company Accountant.
